1. Parties
SELLER: CIAEY.CC Digital Services
BUYER: The individual who has completed the purchase process on the platform.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding the sale and delivery of digital products ordered by the buyer.
3. Delivery
The product is delivered instantly via digital channels (email and/or platform dashboard) upon successful payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on payment processing.
4. Right of Withdrawal - NO REFUNDS POLICY
DIGITAL DELIVERY AND WITHDRAWAL: Where permitted by applicable consumer law, delivery of digital content may begin immediately after the buyer's express consent. Once the license is delivered or activated, withdrawal rights may be limited. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Delivery or activation failures should be reported to support without delay.
